He was methodic and resolute in his troubleshooting. In the process, he answered all my questions, sorry Chris lol He figured it out and thankfully it was not major lol I mentioned I was not happy with my thermostat. He recommended one they carry. He spoke to Bryan about it. I purchased it. He installed and programmed it and showed me as he did it. He offered if I had any questions to feel free to call or text.
