Had been talking with Justin at Noble Heating & Air about a new system for my primary residence, so I called... read more late on a Thursday and requested a service call to check out the issue at the condo. Spoke with Justin and he said he could be there between Noon and 2PM the next day, on Friday. Justin called Friday morning and said he would actually be there earlier, around 10AM. He had the issue corrected with half an hour and the system was cooling again. Cost for the repair was reasonable and fair. Signed up for an annual service plan with Noble as a result. This is a small local company but they are so easy to work with, responsive, customer focused, and very good at what they do.

They answered my inquiries for a quote right away and very straight forward. Bryan and Chris were very professional and friendly. They explained every step of the installation process and proceeded confidently. The old unit and air handler were removed without hitch and the new equipment looks awesome and cool even better!! I opted for the extended 10 year warranty-in addition to the 10year warranty the equipment that the equipment already carries (well worth the money, based on my previous experience!) and am very happy and satisfied with this company. Both Chris and Bryan were knowledgeable about the units they offer, pros and cons, and very candid about the information. I am very impressed with this company and will be handing all my AC and heat requirements and issues to them. I found them through Yelp and the reviews were excellent, plus they carry the equipment brands I was interested in after doing a heap of research. Thank you Chris and Bryan!!

April 6, 2025So far so good! My AC was not blowing cold air so I had someone come out, they told me I needed to replace all of my ductwork. I got a... read more second opinion because something didn’t feel quite right. Justin took a look at my system and within a few minutes discovered there was no coolant. He then put some in, heard the leak, then used a soap bubble solution to find where it was exactly. He was punctual, thorough, and definitely made it easy for me to understand what was happening -from what he was doing/ looking for to what the actual problem was. I’m looking forward to having him back out to do the actual repair. I already feel exponentially better educated and better taken care of.*update* I’ve had the repair done. I stand by what I said; Justin was fantastic. He kept me informed throughout the process, my AC blows mega cold again, he even answered a handful of other questions I had about other house projects and related things.10/10 would absolutely recommend.
