Ducts, AC and maintenance.My AC stopped working last week and I texted Noble . Justin came out this morning, texted me when enroute. He found a failure code. Reset it, checked everything and waited to make sure everything worked. They easily could have charged a service fee and I expected at least that. Justin said consider it under warranty.That is such a blessing!This is the kind of company that values their customers. Everything looks brand new! (As a cat rescuer, my vents and ac were FILTHY). No judgement… just clean! Everything tested before they left. I was shocked when I filled out the email... read more request form on line after hours and received a reply within an hour indicating when they would be available the next day. Bryan was thorough and pleasant. I already recommended them to several people.

I am looking to install a new 5 ton unit. The technician/sales person answered all my questions honestly with sufficient details to help in my buy decision.

They are honest, reliable, and really know what they are doing.Update 1/31/25: Noble just finished replacing our ductwork and rebalancing our HVAC system. They did a fantastic job. The price was excellent also. The team was professional and knew exactly what they were doing. There was one minor of miscommunication but as soon as Noble was made aware they took care of it immediately (I misunderstood something). I am so happy with their work and expertise. I’ve found my new HVAC company! Buying a maintenance contract from them also.Early January 2025: Based on their excellent reviews, I called Noble air for a quote to replace all of my air ducts. Justin scheduled an appointment with me. He was absolutely on time arriving at my house. He was very thorough, explained everything they would do if they won the job, talk to me in a person’s terms so that I understood everything he was saying. On top of that he was super nice. He told me he’s going to work through the numbers after he took videos of the inside of my house, made a drawing, and took measurements. I should expect a quote for this job tomorrow (next day is wonderful). So far I’m very impressed. I hope the price is in line because I would love to use this company.
