He didn't overwhelm us with cost, and he left our home as clean as he found it. Super nice guy. We will be absolutely using them for our annual service. Highly recommend. Evidently I didn't post my first experience.. So I'll add on my second. Today we replaced the thermostat that was ancient. Again.. Amazing customer service and support. Completely affordable, don't oversell, explains the problems, listens to the issues. We will be using this company for annual service. Cannot recommend them enough! 5 stars!

They answered my inquiries for a quote right away and very straight forward. Bryan and Chris were very professional and friendly. They explained every step of the installation process and proceeded confidently. The old unit and air handler were removed without hitch and the new equipment looks awesome and cool even better!! I opted for the extended 10 year warranty-in addition to the 10year warranty the equipment that the equipment already carries (well worth the money, based on my previous experience!) and am very happy and satisfied with this company. Both Chris and Bryan were knowledgeable about the units they offer, pros and cons, and very candid about the information. I am very impressed with this company and will be handing all my AC and heat requirements and issues to them. Called Noble to get a second opinion after one of the big companies in town told me that I needed a whole new system. Chris came... read more out and diagnosed the issue and it turned out that only the blower needed replacing and that it was still under warranty! He replaced the blower and thoroughly explained everything that he did as well as showed me before and after numbers. Needless to say they saved me a lot of money just by them being honest, which I thanked him for. I will be giving them my maintenance plan business also and will refer them to anyone that needs hvac repairs.

I’ve found my new HVAC company! Buying a maintenance contract from them also. Early January 2025: Based on their excellent reviews, I called Noble air for a quote to replace all of my air ducts. Justin scheduled an appointment with me. He was absolutely on time arriving at my house. He was very thorough, explained everything they would do if they won the job, talk to me in a person’s terms so that I understood everything he was saying. On top of that he was super nice. He told me he’s going to work through the numbers after he took videos of the inside of my house, made a drawing, and took measurements.
