The owner Brian and I started discussing the issue I had. They had appointments available asap including Thanksgiving. But because it wasn’t an emergency. I see an appointment for the following week. Chris came out to our location on time and very knowledgeable on our AC system. After the line was cleared and system was operating normal. He explained the maintenance program they offered. Of course I went that route to prevent an expensive fix later. All in all this company was completely honest and transparent.
