AC Repair in Jacksonville, FL

AC stopped working at my Mother-in Law's condo. Had been talking with Justin at Noble Heating & Air about a new system for my primary residence, so I called... read more late on a Thursday and requested a service call to check out the issue at the condo. Spoke with Justin and he said he could be there between Noon and 2PM the next day, on Friday. Justin called Friday morning and said he would actually be there earlier, around 10AM. He had the issue corrected with half an hour and the system was cooling again. Cost for the repair was reasonable and fair. Signed up for an annual service plan with Noble as a result. This is a small local company but they are so easy to work with, responsive, customer focused, and very good at what they do.

There was one minor of miscommunication but as soon as Noble was made aware they took care of it immediately (I misunderstood something). I am so happy with their work and expertise. I’ve found my new HVAC company! Buying a maintenance contract from them also. Early January 2025: Based on their excellent reviews, I called Noble air for a quote to replace all of my air ducts. Justin scheduled an appointment with me. He was absolutely on time arriving at my house. He was very thorough, explained everything they would do if they won the job, talk to me in a person’s terms so that I understood everything he was saying. On top of that he was super nice. He told me he’s going to work through the numbers after he took videos of the inside of my house, made a drawing, and took measurements. I should expect a quote for this job tomorrow (next day is wonderful). So far I’m very impressed. I hope the price is in line because I would love to use this company.

The crew at Noble Air is outstanding. Brian correctly diagnosed my heating problem as insufficient insulation, and also fixed a broken compressor on another call. Highly recommend.
