AC Repair in Jacksonville, FL

AC stopped working at my Mother-in Law's condo. Had been talking with Justin at Noble Heating & Air about a new system for my primary residence, so I called... read more late on a Thursday and requested a service call to check out the issue at the condo. Spoke with Justin and he said he could be there between Noon and 2PM the next day, on Friday. Justin called Friday morning and said he would actually be there earlier, around 10AM. He had the issue corrected with half an hour and the system was cooling again. Cost for the repair was reasonable and fair. Signed up for an annual service plan with Noble as a result. This is a small local company but they are so easy to work with, responsive, customer focused, and very good at what they do.

Saved me on Memorial Day Weekend. Loved working with this company. Our air went out and my property manager called Noble to do the repair. I thought the price was... read more reasonable and although the unit is older, he did not press me to replace like most companies I have worked with in the past. He said “they will always try to fix if they can rather than try to sell a system” which I liked.They came by at night and stayed until the job was done and just charged me the original quote although they had to put in additional parts. He also cleared out our drain line no charge. Nowadays I am always pleasantly surprised when someone goes above and beyond and give Noble HVAC my highest rating.
