There was one minor of miscommunication but as soon as Noble was made aware they took care of it immediately (I misunderstood something). I am so happy with their work and expertise. I’ve found my new HVAC company! Buying a maintenance contract from them also.Early January 2025: Based on their excellent reviews, I called Noble air for a quote to replace all of my air ducts. Justin scheduled an appointment with me. He was absolutely on time arriving at my house. He was very thorough, explained everything they would do if they won the job, talk to me in a person’s terms so that I understood everything he was saying. On top of that he was super nice. He told me he’s going to work through the numbers after he took videos of the inside of my house, made a drawing, and took measurements. I should expect a quote for this job tomorrow (next day is wonderful). So far I’m very impressed. I hope the price is in line because I would love to use this company.
