He was methodic and resolute in his troubleshooting. In the process, he answered all my questions, sorry Chris lol He figured it out and thankfully it was not major lol I mentioned I was not happy with my thermostat. He recommended one they carry. He spoke to Bryan about it. I purchased it. He installed and programmed it and showed me as he did it. He offered if I had any questions to feel free to call or text. I randomly called a few... read more numbers and one company answered at 10:00pm in the eve of Thanksgiving. This company was Noble AC/ Heating! The owner Brian and I started discussing the issue I had. They had appointments available asap including Thanksgiving. But because it wasn’t an emergency. I see an appointment for the following week. Chris came out to our location on time and very knowledgeable on our AC system. After the line was cleared and system was operating normal. He explained the maintenance program they offered. Of course I went that route to prevent an expensive fix later. All in all this company was completely honest and transparent. I would definitely recommend this company for anyone looking for a AC/heating company.
