I got a second opinion because something didn’t feel quite right. Justin took a look at my system and within a few minutes discovered there was no coolant. He then put some in, heard the leak, then used a soap bubble solution to find where it was exactly. He was punctual, thorough, and definitely made it easy for me to understand what was happening -from what he was doing/ looking for to what the actual problem was. I’m looking forward to having him back out to do the actual repair. I already feel exponentially better educated and better taken care of.*update* I’ve had the repair done. I stand by what I said; Justin was fantastic. He kept me informed throughout the process, my AC blows mega cold again, he even answered a handful of other questions I had about other house projects and related things.10/10 would absolutely recommend. I’ve found my new HVAC company! Buying a maintenance contract from them also.Early January 2025: Based on their excellent reviews, I called Noble air for a quote to replace all of my air ducts. Justin scheduled an appointment with me. He was absolutely on time arriving at my house. He was very thorough, explained everything they would do if they won the job, talk to me in a person’s terms so that I understood everything he was saying. On top of that he was super nice. He told me he’s going to work through the numbers after he took videos of the inside of my house, made a drawing, and took measurements. I should expect a quote for this job tomorrow (next day is wonderful). So far I’m very impressed. I hope the price is in line because I would love to use this company.

He said “they will always try to fix if they can rather than try to sell a system” which I liked.They came by at night and stayed until the job was done and just charged me the original quote although they had to put in additional parts. He also cleared out our drain line no charge. Nowadays I am always pleasantly surprised when someone goes above and beyond and give Noble HVAC my highest rating.

From the initial phone call with Justin W, through the final repair, also with Justin, nothing but class and direct, honest communication. I had Noble come in behind a large HVAC corporation that had quoted me some outlandish prices and repairs. Noble did their testing and determined I had a very specific problem, which they gave a very fair estimate for, saving me thousands of dollars. I had them do the repair, it went flawless, the AC is working great, and I signed up for the maintenance plan and will continue forward with this company. All I want are people I feel I can trust, even when the news isn't great. And I feel like I have that here. I... read more randomly called a few numbers and one company answered at 10:00pm in the eve of Thanksgiving. This company was Noble AC/ Heating! The owner Brian and I started discussing the issue I had. They had appointments available asap including Thanksgiving. But because it wasn’t an emergency. I see an appointment for the following week. Chris came out to our location on time and very knowledgeable on our AC system. After the line was cleared and system was operating normal. He explained the maintenance program they offered. Of course I went that route to prevent an expensive fix later. All in all this company was completely honest and transparent. I would definitely recommend this company for anyone looking for a AC/heating company.
