I decided on Noble Heating & Air. I called and Bryan answered. He was very polite, professional and personable. He won my business! He was able to schedule and appt fairly quickly. Chris showed up early to the appt. Nice! He was very through in his troubleshooting. He figured out the issue. I needed a thermostat, mentioned they carry one. He called Bryan about it. I told him to install it. Throughout this whole process, he answered all my questions. Sorry Chris lol! We exchanged stories and experiences. Great job and I really appreciate you all!
