Called Noble to get a second opinion after one of the big companies in town told me that I needed a whole new system. Chris came... read more out and diagnosed the issue and it turned out that only the blower needed replacing and that it was still under warranty! He replaced the blower and thoroughly explained everything that he did as well as showed me before and after numbers. Needless to say they saved me a lot of money just by them being honest, which I thanked him for. I will be giving them my maintenance plan business also and will refer them to anyone that needs hvac repairs.

There was one minor of miscommunication but as soon as Noble was made aware they took care of it immediately (I misunderstood something). I am so happy with their work and expertise. I’ve found my new HVAC company! Buying a maintenance contract from them also. Early January 2025: Based on their excellent reviews, I called Noble air for a quote to replace all of my air ducts. Justin scheduled an appointment with me. He was absolutely on time arriving at my house. He was very thorough, explained everything they would do if they won the job, talk to me in a person’s terms so that I understood everything he was saying. On top of that he was super nice. He told me he’s going to work through the numbers after he took videos of the inside of my house, made a drawing, and took measurements. I should expect a quote for this job tomorrow (next day is wonderful). So far I’m very impressed. I hope the price is in line because I would love to use this company.
