He was able to quickly understand and resolve our issue. He never once tried to upsell and presented our options easy to understand at a great cost. He only recommended what was necessary and nothing more. Also made sure everything was properly cooling before he left and provided us great tips to keep our system running smoothly. There was one minor of miscommunication but as soon as Noble was made aware they took care of it immediately (I misunderstood something). I am so happy with their work and expertise. I’ve found my new HVAC company! Buying a maintenance contract from them also. Early January 2025: Based on their excellent reviews, I called Noble air for a quote to replace all of my air ducts. Justin scheduled an appointment with me. He was absolutely on time arriving at my house. He was very thorough, explained everything they would do if they won the job, talk to me in a person’s terms so that I understood everything he was saying. On top of that he was super nice. He told me he’s going to work through the numbers after he took videos of the inside of my house, made a drawing, and took measurements. I should expect a quote for this job tomorrow (next day is wonderful). So far I’m very impressed. I hope the price is in line because I would love to use this company.

The owner Brian and I started discussing the issue I had. They had appointments available asap including Thanksgiving. But because it wasn’t an emergency. I see an appointment for the following week. Chris came out to our location on time and very knowledgeable on our AC system. After the line was cleared and system was operating normal. He explained the maintenance program they offered. Of course I went that route to prevent an expensive fix later. All in all this company was completely honest and transparent. These guys are the best I have dealt with so far! (and trust me, there have been a few, I have been dealing with AC troubles... read more for over a year with no joy elsewhere...). They answered my inquiries for a quote right away and very straight forward. Bryan and Chris were very professional and friendly. They explained every step of the installation process and proceeded confidently. The old unit and air handler were removed without hitch and the new equipment looks awesome and cool even better!! I opted for the extended 10 year warranty-in addition to the 10year warranty the equipment that the equipment already carries (well worth the money, based on my previous experience!) and am very happy and satisfied with this company. Both Chris and Bryan were knowledgeable about the units they offer, pros and cons, and very candid about the information. I am very impressed with this company and will be handing all my AC and heat requirements and issues to them.
