So far so good! My AC was not blowing cold air so I had someone come out, they told me I needed to replace all of my ductwork. I got a... read more second opinion because something didn’t feel quite right. Justin took a look at my system and within a few minutes discovered there was no coolant. He then put some in, heard the leak, then used a soap bubble solution to find where it was exactly. He was punctual, thorough, and definitely made it easy for me to understand what was happening -from what he was doing/ looking for to what the actual problem was. I’m looking forward to having him back out to do the actual repair. I already feel exponentially better educated and better taken care of.*update* I’ve had the repair done.
